Steps
- Create an account on the secure platform. The screens there are in English.
- Enter the personal details the form asks for. Use the glossary if a label is unclear.
- Answer the health history at your own pace. This guide explains the steps. The screens themselves are in English.
- Read the telehealth consent before you agree.
- Add a shipping address and payment only if the screen asks. Payment does not guarantee a prescription.

Before you start
- Have a photo ID nearby in case the form asks for it.
- Keep a list of medicines you take.
- The browser's translate feature can help, but confirm every answer. Medical terms sometimes translate poorly.
