    A licensed provider reviews your assessment. Weight care and testosterone always start with a live video visit; other programs are mostly online, with a live video visit when your state requires it. They decide what may be right for you.

    Ongoing care

    If appropriate, medication ships from a licensed pharmacy, with ongoing check-ins.

  • A licensed provider decides what treatment, if any, is appropriate for you.
  • Not everyone qualifies. Completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription.
  • Most reviews happen online (asynchronous). A live video visit is required for the first visit in AR, DC, DE, MS, NM, RI, WV, and you can request one at any time.
  • Be honest about your health history, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
