Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

One membership covers clinical evaluation and ongoing oversight by a licensed clinician, medication where a clinician determines it is appropriate, and program support. There are no separate consultation or shipping fees.

There is no guarantee of any particular result. A clinician may determine treatment is not appropriate for you at any point.

The membership is billed monthly, charged on the same day each month, and renews automatically until you cancel.

If the price changes we will notify you in advance and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Before your first charge we show you the price, the billing frequency, the fact that it renews automatically, and how to cancel, and you must affirmatively agree. We email a confirmation and remind you before each renewal.
