Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time, for any reason. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing — there is no notice period and no waiting window. If you enrolled online, you can cancel online.
To cancel, use your account portal or contact us. You keep access to services already paid for through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
Full refund if a clinician determines you are not medically eligible, or if you cancel before a clinician has begun reviewing your intake and no medication has been ordered or shipped.
Partial refund if you prepaid for more than one month, for any full month in which no medication was shipped and no clinical services were provided.
No refund once a clinician has reviewed your intake or medication has been ordered or shipped for that billing period.
Federal and state law prohibits pharmacies from accepting returned prescription medication for reuse, resale, or refund.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Contact us on arrival and the dispensing pharmacy will arrange a replacement.
